Feedback is so vital in the workplace. It lets you know what you're doing right, and at other times, when properly communicated, what you shouldn't do. Feedback creates a flow of vital information up-line and down-line. Everything in nature aligns through feedback. Negative symptoms in your body tell that something could be wrong or getting worse. The natural response is getting medication. Plants respond to words. A smile inspires another, same as a frown. All these taken, feedback should be honest and timely.

So, Have your staffers being more co-operative lately? Don't say, “Well, that's their job!” Hey, tell them they've done well-at least this one time! It won't diminish your image. In fact it'll promote it. And has your boss being really supportive good and inspiring recently? Please tell. If you're shy, post an anonymous note on his/her door or car windshield.
