2. The Right People              

According to Craig Finnestad, “Contrary to popular belief, people are not an organization's most important asset. The right people are. Are you a right person? Does your organization have the right people on board.

Do not make the mistake of employing out of sympathy. For one, you will be frustrated when results are not forthcoming. Secondly, you will open that employee up to frustration and discouragement, which could impair their self-esteem and probably hamper their confidence because they are just not capable of achieving the expected results!

3. The Right Way to Work

People are right people because of how they work. How staffers work is greatly influenced by written and implied corporate policy. These policies determine the level of results they can achieve.

Does your policy endorse independence or does it promote interdependence? Both styles achieve results but in different measures. The difference in results is similar to what one finger can carry compared to what five fingers working together will carry. When parts of a body function independently doctors term the body sick.
