BUSINESS START-UP:

JUST A LITTLE MORE...

Some years ago I was in a meeting where an American Preacher talked about 'And-then-some’ people. It means having an attitude of doing just a little extra for others, primarily for their personal benefit. Such attitude has landed many in enviable situations beyond any good thing they wished themselves. I have personally enjoyed many pleasant experiences just by doing this.

That taken, I dare you to become an 'And-then-some person' for just 5 working days - starting today! Break a record in your personal work life and let's see if nothing great happens in your work life.

For just 5 working days…

- Arrive your duty post a little earlier [even if you're the Boss or Senior officer], and leave work a little later [working, not idlying around!]...

- Be just a mite nicer to your subordinates…

- A bit more cooperative and supportive to your boss…

- Surprise a few more customers with more excellent service… etc.

Would you at least give it a try? I assure you, you're in for very pleasant surprises!

Now, nothing in life is worth getting unduly stressed over, so determine to have fun every single day. I wish you the very best of July and August. Have fun at work!
