It's a new year and smart organizations and individuals have made their best attempts at smart plans against the failures in the past year. They have put in place structures and strategies to prevail this year. And smart as many of those plans may be, they sincerely do not stand a chance of success if they are not founded upon the ultimate welfare of society at large. Are your strategies for this year 'other-people' centred? 

In view of global financial doom prophesied by many analysts, I make bold to declare that if, this year, you base your work-life on godly principles, you will not fail or fall. These principles worked for Colgate, Wal Mart and many others, and still works. Summarily, CARE ABOUT OTHERS AND YOUR ENTERPRISE WILL DEFINITELY PROSPER.  

As a leader in ministry, business or government, care more for the welfare of your employees and workers. When necessary, promptly re-evaluate your policies. As an employee or ministry worker, put in more than your day's worth and invent ways of not only doing things better, but particularly of doing better things. As a final word – do have a most fulfilling Year!

To be called by god is a privilege, to be anointed an advantage, but to be found faithful is a strict prerequisite.
