BUSINESS START-UP: WHO IS TO BLAME?

BUSINESS START-UP:

WHO IS TO BLAME?

A question was asked, “Who is to blame when a customer is offended, the boss, the Employee or the Establishment?” I can guess your answer would depend on if you’re the Employer, Boss or Employee. But definitely someone will be blamed. Should it be the Boss, for not providing an enabling environment for staff to perform at their best? Or the Employee, for not doing the best possible with what little is available.

Regardless of who may be responsible, anyway, when Business is hampered blames will definitely not pay bills. But there’s an attitude that can make a difference. One that says, “I will do the best possible with what is accessible to me.” Trust me, at the end of the day, it won’t really matter who made the sacrifice, and everyone will be the better for it.

Best Regards!
