BUSINESS TRAINING:

*Lolade worked in a department in the Bank doing the best she could. One day, rumours filtered that she was to be moved to another branch, and to a lower position. The options provide were:

Accept the posting and position; or, Resign!

While wondering what to do, she suddenly got the news that the decisions had been reversed. Status quo would be maintained!

The background drama that reversed the former decision began when the same rumours reached one of the major customers of that branch. He called the Manager and threatened to remove his money from their bank if that lady was moved. According to him, "That lady works well ...but what would happen to account owners like me?"

While *Lolade didn't know that customer personally, she usually displayed work competencies that positively impacted customers and ultimately the business! In other words, she was prepared ahead of work challenge!

To be called by god is a privilege, to be anointed an advantage, but to be found faithful is a strict prerequisite. The prerogative to choose and anoint is solely God’s, but the choice of faithfulness is totally yours.
