tVB 77: A WORKFORCE LEADER REQUIRES THE RIGHT WORK SKILLS!

BUSINESS TRAINING:

THE DAILY SUCCESS of an Organization requires Work Skills and Capability that exude Efficient Work style functioning in the work-life of the Workforce Leader (the Entrepreneur, Business Executive or Senior Officer). PLUS the Capability to motivate and achieve same Work Skills and Capability in each level of the operations of its Employees supervised or managed by the Workforce Leader. These two Qualities and Results are what the job expects daily from the Workforce Leader.

Dealing with Workforce on a daily basis is no 'walk-in-the-park'. As a Workforce Leader, regardless of the level or design style of your office, your laughter borne out of a Report of a long-expected breakthrough in Business could change with the very next phone call, email or Project Report:
...A particular Employee's mess up on a key assignment, disturbs key profit markings
...Certain work processes wrecked, hindering supplies and stressing customer expectations
...Another Business goal fouled up by that same Department again!

…HOWEVER, WHAT YOU HAVE IS ALL YOU CAN GIVE!

One VERY critical fact is that ever BEFORE you can actually achieve Work-life Enhancement among your Workforce, your own work-life MUST already be ENHANCED. As a Workforce Leader who will make a notable difference at work, you must access and possess certain work Skills and Strategies to equip you to enhance your own professional Work Capabilities.

I'm well aware that a mix of New, as well as longer-serving Workforce Leaders will be reading this. You're either:
·      A new Business Start-Up owner, or a more practiced Entrepreneur;
·      A newly promoted, or a longer-serving Senior Officer;
·      A recently appointed Executive; or a well-practiced one.

The first step in successful and productive Work Leadership is KNOWING and OPERATING with THE PROPER AND RIGHT ANSWER(S)!

A child was asked by his teacher, "Where does Bread come from?" With a smile of confidence, he answered, "From the Refrigerator of course!"

Are you laughing? Please don't. That child only knew what he knew, but may never know better EXCEPT he learns the proper thing - the Bakery!

It is extremely important to KNOW and OPERATE with the vital Workforce leadership Skills, or PROPER AND RIGHT ANSWER(S) that result-seeking Organizations, like yours, desperately needs! But do you have these Skills? You CANNOT afford to lack them. Owning the Business will not excuse you!(Excerpt by permission from A BETTER WORKFORCE LEADER by Tope A.
