TVB 74: THOUGHT PROVOKER

BUSINESS TRAINING:

HOW CAN A WORKFORCE LEADER AVOID BECOMING A VICTIM OF A WRONG ASSUMPTION ON THE JOB?

A wrong Assumption on the job is detrimental to your professional journey. However, it's a vital risk that those who want to demonstrate professional capability must take.

An Assumption is:
The act of taking for granted, or supposing a thing without proof; a supposition; an unwarrantable claim.
The thing supposed; a postulate, or proposition assumed; a supposition.

Thomas Edison worked on many assumptions before he finally applied the right actions that delivered the incandescent light bulb! The difference between him and other would-be inventors, whose inventions may never see the light of day is the 'Skill to get it'!

Skill is, 'To have practical knowledge of; be expert or dextrous'. 'Practical' never happens before 'Knowledge' which comes from the required Training. That's the difference that produces A Better Workforce Leader! It's what makes you A Better Employee!

Back to our opening Question
