TVB 72: SALARY vs DELIVERY!

BUSINESS TRAINING:

This exciting Topic gives you a brief Introduction to Manage Business Profitably once you've started after the Business Start-Up Training.
.......

We once had an employee whose responses at our interview motivated me to increase the salary. I assumed that giving the fat salary demanded would get this employee's 'delivery wheels' spinning! Having learnt that a leader keeps his eyes on everything, I watched every detail, excitedly awaiting great news and results!

After a while, I asked this employee, "Hey ...are you a twin ...or have a family relation who looks and acts exactly like you?"
Response, "No sir!"
But, what exactly was responsible for the poor work results which were extremely opposite to our expectations!

This employee's lack of results became quite expensive on our Accounts! I became a victim of a costly wrong Assumption! I learnt at a late hour that this employee's former employer had closed down in just six months. The group of employees, including my new employee, did not deliver any results!

You will be making an expensively wrong assumption to believe that a fat salary will transform an unable, unprepared and undeveloped person into a goal-achiever! Something more is necessary.

STEPS OF SMART PREPARATION
