So ...Have you defined your Business Start-Up? 1. DEFINE YOUR BUSINESS START-UP

To Define Your Business Start-Up means you choose what you will do. What you have chosen to do:
- Says what your business will do for people!
- Tells the particular problem(s) that people will overcome through your products and services.
- Is how you will connect prospective customers and prospective incomes.

So, what have you chosen to do?

Whatever Business you have chosen to do SHOULD help customers overcome certain problems of life. A problem is a Difficulty, such as poverty, sickness, crime, etc. Truth is, if any problem, no matter how small it may appear, is not removed, it will disturb very many people from enjoying a normal life!

Let your Business be the source of products and services that we can all depend on to overcome some problems in life.

2. YOUR BUSINESS START-UP IS YOUR CHOICE...

Your Business Start-Up is the choice of action made by you or more mutually agreed persons. It is how you will provide good products and services that very many people will rely on for overcoming Problems in life!

For example, Mosquitoes are very small but they infect and kill hundreds of thousands around the world with Malaria. Medicine provides Solutions to Malaria attacks. The Solutions are provided as tablets, syrups, injections, etc. Providing practical products and services that will bring Solutions to the Problems in other people's lives is the easiest way to experience Success in your Business life.

3. SO ...HAVE YOU IDENTIFIED ANY PROBLEM(S) AFFECTING PEOPLE, PLACES OR SITUATIONS?

Problem(s) are actually affecting many groups of persons, places and situations, probably in their workplaces, in their professional lives, family, in government, economy, the home, a certain location, a particular situation, a time period, etc.

Many want to know how best to find the right husband or wife.
Many want to live in health.
Many want easy access to finances for business and investments.
Many want a happy home.
Many want good education for their children and wards.
Many need and desperately want very many things. There's so much wanted all over the place. That is why schools at different levels and Universities have daily work. There are many needs around that you have perceived in your heart. Reach out with your Solutions!

4. AND...WHAT SOLUTIONS WILL YOUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES PROVIDE?

I was told that Penguins express affection to their life partner with pebbles! That's quite interesting. There's a solution to every need in life. What ideas do you have to offer for a price or as charity, that will give people Solutions to conquer the specific problems you have identified? How will you convert your Solution ideas into practical products and services?

5. STAFF & SKILLS

What is your plan for employees? What skills do you require to make your products and services practical, effective and profitable? Skills are necessary for profitability in any endeavour, whether commercial or charity-based. Never negotiate the skills that your Business needs to stay alive and efficient. Skills are necessary Business tools. Never do without them!

You can and will make it!
