BUSINESS TRAINING:

A Personal Examination is a good mid-point between your 'What has been' position and your 'What is going to be' position. This present moment is your 'What is on right now' position! 

It is a smart strategy to pay focused attention to how you conduct yourself and your leadership at work. In your own assessment, where do you place yourself currently? Use a gauge of 5-Highest and 1-Too Low. This is not a Test anyway. It's a guide to help you get focused on what's really important. 

Personal conduct flows directly from Character. 

Good Character radiates to others through what is said and done. 

What you say and do will form the basis of how those you lead will perceive and assess you today, and possibly in the future too. 

It's smart to keep a consistently positive track.

To be called by god is a privilege, to be anointed an advantage, but to be found faithful is a strict prerequisite. The prerogative to choose and anoint is solely God’s, but the choice of faithfulness is totally yours. Scriptures show us that after prayer, Jesus called and ordained twelve apostles including Judas Iscariot.
