 HOW TO DEVELOP EFFICIENT CHURCH WORKFORCE

 *I had a brief discussion with a Minister who had just started a work somewhere in Ikorodu, Lagos-Nigeria. He greatly desired workers to help him move the Church Ministry forward. While speaking, he kept talking about how his wife and children were such pillars of support, and wondering what he would have done without them. When he finished, I said, "It seems you have a great Workforce that you have not even recognized!". When he asked what I meant, I made him realize that he had been talking about his wife and children. I replied, "Sir, you ALREADY have ALL the Workforce you require for your current level.
