One vital Quality of a Result-Producing Workforce Leader is 'that person UNDERSTANDS their Work!'

It is vital that you UNDERSTAND your Work! In summary, what exactly is your Official designation expected to deliver per time period, project assignments, staff leadership and management, and business / organizational goals?

It's vital you understand your duties and job expectations to prevent unexplainable actions. There might be no immediate consequences, but time tends to catch up with us all! Just listen to international news stories once a week! Understand means, 'To know the meaning of...; To perceive the meaning or importance of something...; to know how to deal with something or someone; To be aware from information received...' (Source: Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary)

1. Your Work is birthed by [personal or corporate] Vision, and your primary motivation for the work. Vision is the 'What and Why' for the Work you do and the Work you lead your Workforce to perform. Vision determines what Goals must be pre-set and achieved. Goals achievement is the first and last purpose why a Workforce is required! If you have no goals, you do not need a Workforce! Also, if you cannot motivate Workforce positively and productively, no goals will be achieved.

2. Understanding your Work automatically shows what you should achieve as Workforce Leader. You will also see that although you cannot do everything alone efficiently, you can smartly Delegate everything efficiently to make your work effective!

Understanding your duties and job expectations is actually a required Work Skill that equips you with Capabilities to handle and successfully deliver duties and job expectations. Lacking this Skill has negatively impacted many professionals and organisations in resources, income and growth.

To be called by god is a privilege, to be anointed an advantage, but to be found faithful is a strict prerequisite.
