TVB 113: QUESTIONS & ANSWERS! Part 2

BUSINESS TRAINING:

Sometime later, I had a better experience as I taught Business Start-Up to some recent Graduates at AGDC, Lagos. There was a boisterous fellow who became talking about his current Car Wash business. It was already winning business and he was on the way to expand it, but I knew certain things were really amiss:

1) VENUE:
He was operating in the office complex of his clients. What would he do if they stopped him from coming there?

2) PERSONNEL:
His clients already had Drivers corporately employed to serve them. Their service included keeping the bosses cars clean. Payment for car wash was unnecessary. They even greeted and thanked him and his team as they washed.

3) CLIENTELE:
"If the Senior Officers who permitted you to wash their official cars stopped you, which clients will you continue with?

The class suddenly became alive. Other Trainees began whispering, but the Car Wash fellow asked, "So...what do I do?" Truth is, Business grows through application of practicable facts not wishes. Answers are practicable facts. Always seek them with the right Questions.

Answers are the content presented at our Business Training s. Business is created by questions, but grows and expands only through application of right, practicable Answers.
