BUSINESS TRAINING:

results for Trainees with practical Questions. Such participants clearly
identify the way to desired results IN the training-room! A Question is, A
sentence, phrase or word which asks for information, reply or response; an
interrogative. The right Questions lift you above Ignorance!
During the second
session of a Customer Service Management Training, I sensed an urgency and
said, "...Rather than getting
offended when a customer complains about your equipment or compares it lesser
to the other company's equipment, why not present the advantages available from
your equipment? Right now, tell me the advantages of your equipment." No
one offered any information.
Can anybody ever walk
within business competition and survive IF operating in ignorance? These folks
were totally ignorant about the design and functions of the equipment they were
marketing. Their real problem IS the LACK OF CREDIBLE QUESTIONS necessary to
find practical ANSWERS that will equip them to feasible expand Business even
within a competitive business field.

by questions, it grows and expands ONLY through application of right,
practicable ANSWERS!
