In Acts 6:2-3, Service Gifts were included among the Capabilities required to serve tables and superintend the food distribution.

In any environment where a result-delivering Workforce is required, two major factors determine who can, and should be included:
Ÿ  Persons with the SKILLS relevant to the necessary functions; and,
Ÿ  Persons who possess the CAPABILITY to achieve expected Goals.
The Service Gift makes church work supernaturally different from corporate work! It is a divine empowerment of work capability from the Holy Spirit. (Ref: The Ministry of Helps by Tope A. Banjo)

To be called by god is a privilege, to be anointed an advantage, but to be found faithful is a strict prerequisite. The prerogative to choose and anoint is solely God’s, but the choice of faithfulness is totally yours.
