As an Appointed leader or worker in the local church, your Service Gift is a divine ability. It enables you to supernaturally supply help, relief and support to God's work, your Pastor and fellow church members. It empowers to serve with least effort highest efficiency and productivity.

Departments are official platforms that church administration needs for proper, wholesome and manageable operations. However, no duty will ever fit into the God-given Vision of your Pastor/Church except what is empowered by Service Gifts!

Regardless of the authority and status awarded to your leadership position, you MUST operate the Service Gift within you. If you cannot or do not, you will not be able to reach out relevantly to those you have been appointed to lead. In other words, you'll not function!

To be called by god is a privilege, to be anointed an advantage, but to be found faithful is a strict prerequisite. The prerogative to choose and anoint is solely God’s, but the choice of faithfulness is totally yours.
