tVB 59: 2 BUSINESS START-UP: PAY THE PRICE! In any Vision (Business, Ministry, Community work, etc), significant Results are pre-expected, even before any paid or volunteer Builder of Vision is included! Regardless of how conditional your placement or benefits are today, you can begin fixing yourself in the line of continuous advancement. How? …PAY THE PRICE! ‘Price' is 'the cost required to gain possession of something'. The 'Something' to gain possession of is the Results that are expected from any person in the position you occupy right now. One Repair Contractor delayed work for months until he was replaced! Somewhere else, another young fellow worked so well that after he went off on his own business some of his former employer's clients went along with him! Know & Respect The Price! What is expected from you is not usually plainly stated, but you can ASK around with smartness and caution. Positive results attract endorsements and advanc

tVB 59: 1 BUSINESS START-UP: DILIGENCE

tVb 59: 1 BUSINESS START-UP: DILIGENCE   Some assume that the Vision (that Concept in their heart) will be fulfilled just because they feel a rush of strong emotion when thinking about it! Vision fulfillment requires positive effort. Vision fulfillment requires DILIGENCE! ……………. DILIGENCE is, “Conscientiousness in paying proper attention to a task; giving the degree of care required in a given situation”. Your personal Diligence starts up your Vision's fulfillment! It will promote and ensure Diligence (not Stress!) as the daily work-style of your workforce! Charles Kendall Adams said, “No one ever attains very eminent success by simply doing what is required of him; it is the amount and excellence of what is over and above the required that determines the greatness of ultimate distinction.” This is a sure way to reap successful corporate results per time! Mental Diligence Mental Diligence is the hard mental work that others applied to produce every beneficial invent

tVb 58: 2 BUSINESS START-UP: THE KING & HIS LEPER Now Naaman, commander of the army of the king of Assyria, was a great and honourable man in the eyes of his master, because by him the Lord had given victory to Assyria. He was also a mighty man of valour, but a leper. And the Assyrians had gone out on raids, and had brought back captive a young girl from the land of Israel. She waited on Naaman's wife. Then she said to her mistress, "If only my master were with the prophet who is in Samaria! For he would heal him of his leprosy." And Naaman went in and told his master, saying, "Thus and thus said the girl who is from the land of Israel." Then the king of Assyria said, "Go now, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel." 2 Kings 5:1-5, NKJV Many inadvertently undermine organizational growth potentials via poor work relationships. It is only humans who can build, populate and grow organizations, but to ensure that organization ’ s continui

tVB 58: 1 CHURCH WORK TRAINING: THE GREAT NEED OF GOD’S LEADERS

tVB 58: 1 CHURCH WORK TRAINING: THE MINISTRY OF HELPS: THE GREAT NEED OF GOD’S LEADERS SOME YEARS AGO, WE WERE OUT inviting churches to a Church Worker’s training workshop. According to one of my associates, when one pastor got the invitation he said, “This must be another new revelation. Which one is ministry of helps again?” I guess answering this most basic question is a very good place to start, but let me also lay a foundation by first defining ‘ministry’. Ministry is service. SO, WHAT IS THE MINISTRY OF HELPS? Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, HELPS, administrations, varieties of tongues. 1 Cor 12:27-29 (emphasis mine) The ministry of helps is God's system for facilitating the work of God on the earth through the Body of Christ, and specifically to provide AID, RELIEF and SUPPORT for those He has called.

tVB 56: 2 BUSINESS START-UP: OBEY GOD’S INSTRUCTIONS, ESPECIALLY ‘IMPOSSIBLE’ ONES!

tVb 56: 2 BUSINESS START-UP: OBEY GOD’S INSTRUCTIONS, ESPECIALLY ‘IMPOSSIBLE’ ONES! We are all faced with a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations.  Charles R. Swindoll We like to fantasize that negative circumstances will never come our way and end up having a struggle of faith when we’re finally confronted by such. But tell me, how would you react if you had to go through something possibly embarrassing and do something you considered as socially demeaning ‘in the name of the Lord’? Brace yourself. It could happen to you tomorrow, or maybe even today? Could anything worse happen to a simple, ordinary carpenter when just days to the wedding he discovers that his sweetheart is pregnant? How utterly humiliating! The dream of a lifetime harshly dashed so suddenly. And imagine the cheek giving him a wild story of an Angel or vision or whatever about ‘conceiving by the Holy Spirit’. Utter rubbish! Even Elizabeth her cousin did it with her hus

tVB 56: 1 CHURCH WORK TRAINING: FIVE QUALITIES EVERY APPOINTED LEADER MUST HAVE

Image
tVB 56: 1 CHURCH WORK TRAINING: FIVE QUALITIES EVERY APPOINTED LEADER MUST HAVE Sometime in 1999 a Pastor asked me, “Why are church workers so difficult to work with?” He might have been having challenges with workers then. But the truth is, the greater majority of church workers are not difficult people, after all they volunteered to serve for free! So, why do leaders encounter frustrations with church workers?   To be candid, worker problems are not unique to appointed church leaders. Secular work leaders also experience such challenges. For church workers, however, you just realize that the reasons are different AND avoidable!   For one, most appointed church leaders are dealing with largely raw, unprepared and undeveloped tools where spiritual service is concerned. Requirement for admission into departments in many cases is simply a willingness to serve. Today, I want to challenge every appointed church leader that regardless of how uncouth your group members may be,
